L albergo si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal lago e dalla funivia. La camera grande e pulita, nella stanza c'è solo il wc e il lavandino, in albero c'è l onsen. È presente il servizio lavanderia. Nota negativa: Nelle vicinanze non ci sono ristoranti e non è servita in continuazione da autobus quindi rischi di dover mangiare cibo surgelato ( ci sono dei distributori in hotel)

寢るだけなのでドミトリーを選び、あまり期待はしていませんでした。 しかし、ベッドの上にタオル(バスタオルとフェイスタオル)や浴衣、歯ブラシ、耳栓が用意されてました。 お風呂には洗顔・シャンプー・ボディソープはもちろん、コットンやヘアブラシや化粧水・乳液もあり、ホテルとなんら変わりませんでした。 大浴場の明かりが點滅していたのが少し気になりました。 シャンプー・ボディソープは2種類あり、1つは香りが良かったです。 個人的には大浴場に水が置いてあったのが好印象です。 2段ベッドの上だったので、下や橫の人が動くとかなり揺れました。自分も動く時はなるべくゆっくりするように心がけました。 事前に口コミを見て行ったので、夜ご飯はコンビニで買いました。 外國の方もいて、部屋で話してる聲が聞こえてくることもありましたが、夜中に騒いだりする人はいなかったので、で比較的快適に過ごせました。 時間帯にもよるのか、ネットが少し繋がりにくいです。 今度また箱根に來る時も利用したいです。

We arrived before check in time (4pm) and the gentleman at the front desk was rather unfriendly but we were able to leave our bags. We later checked in and a different front desk gentleman helped us and he was very helpful and friendly. The room was big and comfortable and the onsen was good too. Not many plug points in the room though. Check out is 10:00 and it felt like they were waiting for us to leave. Very nice night, odd but good.

Fantastic staff. Very helpful and caring. The rooms are large and clean. Excellent location. Great for getting around and at the end of the day, enjoy the bath and relax.
